1. Terms acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of builtbydbs.com (the “Site”), operated by DBS Construction LLC (“DBS”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Website information
The Site provides general information about DBS, its services, and examples of work. Site content is not a construction contract, binding estimate, design or engineering opinion, warranty, or guarantee. Project obligations exist only in a separate written agreement approved by the relevant parties.
3. Estimates and inquiries
The Site currently provides call, text, and email links. It does not provide active online forms, customer accounts, booking, payments, deposits, or direct uploads. Contacting DBS is a request only and does not create a contractor-client relationship, schedule work, accept a project, or guarantee a response or estimate.
Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or text.
4. Accuracy and availability
DBS aims to keep Site information useful, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Services, examples, hours, service areas, and availability may change. Results vary by property, scope, materials, conditions, and other project-specific factors.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business-inquiry purposes. You may not disrupt its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or purpose, or copy, republish, sell, or exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with permission.
6. Content ownership
Unless otherwise stated, Site branding, text, layout, graphics, and DBS-created photographs are owned by or used with permission of DBS. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights. Third-party names, marks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. External links
The Site may link to or rely on external services. Those services have their own terms and policies. DBS does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices, and a link does not necessarily endorse every statement, product, or service at its destination.
8. Privacy
Information associated with Site use is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Use Privacy Choices to manage analytics and personalized advertising on this browser or device.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” DBS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or universally suitable operation. Any project warranty must appear in the applicable written project agreement.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DBS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use or inability to use the Site. This limitation does not alter a signed project agreement or apply where law prohibits it.
11. Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Colorado law
Colorado law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes
DBS may update these Terms when the Site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
14. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
