Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how DBS Construction LLC (“DBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with builtbydbs.com and information you choose to send through linked contact methods.
2. Information you provide
The website lets you call, text, or email DBS. When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, project information, photographs or other materials, and anything else you include.
The website does not currently provide online form submissions, customer accounts, booking, payments, deposits, or direct uploads. Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive information by ordinary email or text.
3. Website usage data
When you visit, website and measurement services may process technical and usage information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser, device and operating system, pages and interactions, referring source, approximate location, visit times, cookie or device identifiers, and advertising attribution information.
DBS does not maintain website customer accounts or an online inquiry database. Usage data may be associated with a browser or device without identifying you by name. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, photographs, and message contents sent directly to DBS are not sent to analytics or advertising services.
4. How we use information
DBS may use information to:
- respond to communications and evaluate potential projects;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- measure website use and advertising performance;
- provide personalized advertising;
- prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- meet legal obligations.
An inquiry does not enroll you in recurring email or text marketing without your permission.
5. Analytics and advertising
When allowed by your Privacy Choices, the website may use cookies and similar technologies by default to measure visits and interactions, understand referrals and campaigns, and support personalized or targeted advertising.
Measurement and advertising partners may process device, website, referral, approximate-location, cookie, and advertising-attribution information under their own terms. DBS may receive aggregated reports and campaign or audience information that may not identify you by name.
You can turn this use off for this browser or device in Privacy Choices. You may need to repeat your choice on other browsers or devices or after clearing browser storage. A recognized universal browser opt-out signal overrides the default setting. A browser’s “Do Not Track” setting may not provide the same signal.
6. When information is shared
DBS may share information with broad categories of recipients that:
- host, deliver, protect, or maintain the website;
- measure website use or advertising performance;
- support advertising, campaigns, or personalization;
- provide telephone, text, email, or other communication services;
- help prevent fraud or security incidents;
- receive information required by law or valid legal process; or
- participate in a business transfer allowed by law.
DBS does not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define sharing for targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing.” Use Privacy Choices to turn off that use on this browser or device. External websites and social profiles follow their own privacy practices.
7. Retention and security
Communications sent by call, text, or email may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform work, maintain records, protect the business, or meet legal obligations. Usage information may be retained by service providers according to their settings, agreements, and legal duties.
DBS uses reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Privacy choices
This control applies to this browser or device. It does not affect information you deliberately send to DBS by call, text, or email.
Your browser privacy signal is active.
Analytics and personalized advertising are not configured.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights. DBS generally receives aggregated, deidentified, or browser/device-associated website data and may be unable to connect that data to you. Where permitted by law, DBS is not required to identify a person solely to respond to a request.
9. Children’s privacy
The website is intended for people seeking construction and related services and is not directed to children. DBS does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the website.
10. Policy changes
DBS may update this policy when its website or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or legal notices may be sent to DBS Construction LLC at dbs@builtbydbs.com or (702) 379‑2318. Use the Privacy Choices control above for website analytics and personalized advertising preferences.
